1.) By placing an order on this site you agree to pay the full purchase price plus shipping within 48 hours. Any orders not paid for in full after the 48 hour limit will be reminded via email invoice. After 3 reminder email invoices have been sent, an investigation shall be entered into, which may include legal action being taken. Any fake orders shall be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2.) We only accept payment by Paypal, NO other payment method is accepted. We choose Paypal for payments because any risk of fraud and identity theft, etc. is practically eliminated. Any problem that should arise from the use of Paypal, other than that which is the direct fault of Stuart's Store, remains the responsibility of the customer.
3.) Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged when received or fail to work correctly. Proof of non-working/damaged items shall be required when requesting a refund or replacement.
4.) Most goods are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer, therefore eliminating "the middle man" and cutting down on delivery time. A refund of shipping payment can be requested if the goods have not arrived after 21 days of payment clearing.
5.) Refunds can only be offered for damaged or non-working goods within 14 days of receipt. Proof of delivery date will be required when requesting a refund.
6.) Stuart's Store and their suppliers accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, etc. caused by improper usage of any item. If injury does occur through correct usage, contact us and we will arrange for investigations to be made.
7.) Stuart's Store and their suppliers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any other expense accrued during movement of goods. This includes (but is not limited to) Paypal fees, import taxes/VAT.
8.) Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. New terms may be added as time goes on.
