How long does it take to receive the goods after purchase?
You should receive the goods within 7-10 days after the payment clears. However, we do ask that you allow 21 days for delivery. All purchases are backed up by our "21 day delivery" guarantee.

What payment options do you offer?
We only accept payment by Paypal. By doing so, we cut down significantly on the risk of personal details being stolen. Please do not ask for other payment methods as we will refuse to accept payment by check or any other means. Please remember that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal with a credit/debit card.

How do you keep prices so low, compared to other online retailers?
We buy in bulk from suppliers and wholesalers, most of whom shall ship goods to the customer directly, therefore saving on shipping costs.

All orders come with a 21 day delivery guarantee, so if your order has not arrived within 21 days of the payment clearing, we will refund the shipping cost.

Postage costs seem high. Why is this?
We are based in the UK, but primarily ship from suppliers from all over the world, as well as the UK. Therefore we have to find a median shipping cost when pricing. But you already save more on the product itself, so the shipping cost doesn't really push the price up too much.
